1. The Core Swap: Java REST API to FastAPI & PostgreSQL.

2. The Unification: Merge the fragmented IMS, B2B, and Warehouse apps into a single, responsive web application (PWA).

3. The Paperwork Purge: Replace the rigid Jasper Reports with a dynamic, template-based HTML-to-PDF engine.

4. Access Control: Implement a configuration-based, medium-grain permission system to avoid over-engineering.

5. The Brain: Introduce AI-based dashboarding and automated Stock Level Control.

6. The CRM: Build a custom, Salesforce-like module embedding the founder's distinct sales philosophies.

One system for all applications.
